Raw Protein Paleo Fermented is built on the basis of ACO (Australian Certified Organic) organic, sprouted and fermented plant protein from golden peas and sacha inchi. Thanks to germination, the protein contains many more beneficial substances and is easily digestible. Fermentation is a chemical process of converting natural substances with the help of microorganisms (bacteria and yeasts) and their enzymes into simpler substances that are easier to use for human digestion. This combination of processes also deprives the protein of lectins, which are considered natural toxins. Peas are a rich source of BCAAs and amino acids. 

Protein contains a sprouted and fermented blend of whole foods and up to 43% of the recommended daily intake of iron. Furthermore, spirulina, spinach, quinoa, flax seeds and many other superfoods for optimal digestibility. Drawing on unique fermentation principles from the Paleolithic era, this vegan, grain-free blend contains a complete BCAA amino acid profile with highly bioavailable protein and fermented superfoods.

The protein is available in two different flavours: Salted Caramel and Vanilla Lucuma.

• Organic sprouted and fermented Golden Pea protein 

Organic yellow peas are soaked before processing to activate the natural germination process. Sprouting reduces the presence of antinutrients, such as phytic acid, which can hinder the absorption of minerals from the protein. The germination process also makes the protein a rich source of bioavailable iron, phosphorus, and zinc. Yellow peas are also fermented, which increases the bioavailability of nutrients and makes the protein gentle on the digestive system.

• Fermented superfoods - spirulina, spinach, sweet potatoes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseed, millet, quinoa, chia seeds

This nutrient-rich superfood blend is fermented to increase the absorption of the nutrients it contains. Spirulina is an antioxidant. It contributes to natural immunity, normal blood sugar levels and weight control. Pumpkin seeds contribute to normal urinary tract and prostate function. Sunflower contributes to the refreshment of the body and immunity. Flax seeds contribute to weight control, normal prostate function, normal digestion and comfort during menopause.

• Sacha inchi

Sacha inchi is a superfood, which are well known for their high content of omega acids (up to 94%, of which omega 3 - 49%, omega 6 - 37% and omega 9 - 8%). They are also rich in protein and contain nine essential amino acids.

• Lucuma

Lukuma is a natural sweetener with a creamy texture and a low glycemic index, rich in fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, which has a caramel flavor.
